Main dutiesRecruiting and team building

  • full cycle of recruitment (mainly sales managers real estate);

  • posting vacancies and working with various candidate search channels;

  • conducting initial interviews;

  • coordination of candidates at all stages of selection.

Employee training and development

  • coordination of the training system for new employees;

  • LMS (Learning Management) administration System);

  • support of company training programs;

  • interaction with trainers and department heads.

  • conducting welcome meetings for new employees;
