Now we are looking for an HR Manager who will help strengthen the team, develop HR processes and participate in the creation of modern HR tools of the company.
Main dutiesRecruiting and team building
full cycle of recruitment (mainly sales managers real estate);
posting vacancies and working with various candidate search channels;
conducting initial interviews;
coordination of candidates at all stages of selection.
Employee training and development
coordination of the training system for new employees;
LMS (Learning Management) administration System);
support of company training programs;
interaction with trainers and department heads.
Employee adaptation
conducting welcome meetings for new employees;
support of the adaptation process;
monitoring of the adaptation process period.
Internal communications
development of the internal communications system;
informing the team about company news;
supporting effective interaction between departments.
Development of corporate culture
participation in the development of the company's corporate culture;
support HR initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement;
participation in the formation of the company's HR brand.
Corporate events
planning and organization of corporate events;
coordination of internal activities and team events.
HR analytics
collection and analysis HR metrics;
preparation of reporting on recruiting and adaptation;
participation in the analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes.
HR projects
participation in the development and implementation of HR projects of the company:
corporate university;
intangible programs motivation;
employee development and career growth programs;
grading system.
Our expectations
work experience in HR or recruiting from 2 years;
interviewing and candidate assessment skills;
organization and systematic thinking;
high level of communication skills;
interest in the development of HR processes and corporate culture.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00–18:00
