We are a dynamic real estate agency, which is actively growing and expanding the team. We are looking for an HR manager who will help build a strong team of professionals and develop a corporate culture.

Main responsibilities:

• Full recruiting cycle: from creating a job profile to adapting new employees

• Selecting agents from real estate, department heads, administrative staff

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

• Adaptation, onboarding and support of new employees

• Development and implementation of HR processes and policies

• Formation and support of corporate culture

• Motivation, retention of personnel, work with team involvement

• HR analytics, reporting, participation in employer brand development

Our expectations:

• Experience as an HR manager / recruiter from 1 year

• Understanding specifics of active sales (experience in real estate will be an advantage)

• Interviewing skills and competency assessment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, systematic, results-oriented
