Charitable organization Shchedryk Charitable Foundation is looking for an HR Manager who will join the team and ensure effective management of HR processes.

The Shchedryk Charitable Foundation is a non-governmental organization that project operational activity in the interests of society or certain categories of persons, provides material, financial, organizational, psychosocial and other types of assistance to people who need it.

Now the team of BF Shchedryk directed its efforts to help the population of Mykolaiv Oblast and Kherson Oblast.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of personnel selection processes (publication of vacancies, conducting interviews, hiring support).

• Organization of new employee adaptation processes.

• Management of personnel records and control of personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

• Control of military accounting issues employees.

• Participation in the development and implementation of internal personnel management policies and procedures.

• Organization of employee performance evaluation processes.

• Participation in the planning and organization of personnel training and development.

• Preparation of internal orders, personnel documents and reports.

• Participation in the formation of organizational structure and personnel planning.

• Consultative support for managers and employees on personnel matters.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (personnel management, law, management or related areas).

• 2 years of HR experience.

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.

• Experience in HR management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work with a large amount of information.

• Experience in public or humanitarian organizations is desirable.
