Vacancy: HR manager

UZKM is a Ukrainian manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of non-ferrous metal products. In connection with the development of the company and the strengthening of the team, we are looking for an HR manager who will ensure effective recruitment, adaptation and development of personnel, as well as contribute to the formation of a stable and professional team.

Main duties:
-organization and management of the full cycle of personnel recruitment;
-posting vacancies on search platforms and other channels;
-conducting initial interviews and coordination of further stages of selection;
-adaptation of new employees and support during the period of entry;
-participation in the formation of the company's personnel reserve;
-maintenance of personnel documentation and interaction with department heads;
-monitoring of the labor market and analysis of recruitment efficiency;
-participation in the development and maintenance of corporate culture;
-organization of internal HR processes aimed at increasing motivation

Candidate requirements:
-experience in HR, recruiting or personnel administration will be an advantage;
-knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and evaluation;
-communication skills, organization, responsibility, attention to details;
-confident command of a PC, office programs and online resources for personnel selection;
-ability to work in multi-task mode and effectively interact with the team.
