We are looking for an HRM who will become part of the team and help develop the Bank's HR processes, support managers in working with teams and ensure quality selection and adaptation of personnel.

Main tasks

Recruiting

• organization of the process of adaptation of new employees;

• coordination of the interaction of the manager, HR and mentor;

• probation period support.

HR-processes

• participation in HR projects;

• support of personnel development processes;

• work with HRM-systems.

Supporting managers

• consulting managers on HR processes;

• participating in solving personnel and organizational issues.

Requirements

• work experience in HR or recruiting from 2 years;

• experience of conducting interviews;

• systematic and ability to work with several tasks at the same time;

• strong communication skills.
