HR manager in Lingvist, TOV

We invite a Human Resources Manager to join the team of the company - the official distributor of the world's leading educational brands: Cambridge University Press & Assessment, National Geographic Learning, Collins, Didier, Cornelsen, Edilingua, as well as Ukrainian educational publishing house.

We are looking for An HR specialist who thinks systematically, knows how to build processes and wants to influence the quality of the team, management decisions and the development of corporate culture.

 Our expectations:

• Experience as an HR generalist / recruitment manager of 3 years or more
• Higher education
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to independently lead a complete recruiting cycle
• Skills to structure and administer internal communications 400"> skills of partnership with managers
Analytical thinking, proactivity and responsibility for the result

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection
  Formation of job profiles, work with applications, definition of search strategy, conducting interviews, approval of finalists, preparation of job offer, coordination of employee exit, analysis of recruitment funnel.
• System adaptation of new employees
  Organization of the welcome process, support of adaptation plans, collection and analysis feedback, control of the trial period.
• Training and development
  Participation in the formation of training plans, organization of internal and external events, control of the implementation of development plans.
• Corporate communications and HR projects
  Implementation of internal communications, participation in HR studies (engagement, loyalty, service), support and compliance control HR-politician.
