We are looking for an HR manager who does not just close vacancies, but builds a strong team. A person who feels people, understands the importance of proper adaptation and knows how to build a systematic approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from the placement of a vacancy to the candidate leaving for work

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

• Organizing and monitoring the process of adaptation of new employees

• Keeping personnel documentation

• Forming a positive HR brand of the company

• Supporting internal communication in the team

• Experience in HR or recruiting
