HR manager in Tekaflor Group Lviv

We are a group of flower companies (Floroteka, Dicentra, Flowerpot) that has been creating emotions through flowers for more than 10 years. Our brands are growing dynamically and that is why we are looking for an HR manager who will become a key partner of the manager in the development of the Lviv team. We need a responsible and competent person who can quickly adapt and perform the HR function with high quality.

So, the duties:

• Full recruitment cycle: from creating a job profile to the exit of the candidate to work.
• Adaptation of new employees (program, mentoring, knowledge testing).
• Participation in personnel evaluation, monitoring of the labor market, full interaction with the manager in personnel matters.
• Compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Interaction with the financial and human resources department on personnel accounting issues.
• Work accounting employees' time.
• Formation of vacation schedules.
• Organization of corporate events.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience as an HR manager from 2 years.
• Understanding the stages of recruitment, the ability to work with various search sources.
• Developed communication skills.
• Independence, initiative and the ability to work in multitasking mode with a focus on business needs.
