A manufacturing company with international partners is looking for an HR Manager who will be a key participant in the development of the team and the improvement of HR processes.
We are looking for not just a recruiter, but a specialist who thinks in processes, knows how to work with people of different generations and is ready to take responsibility for the result.
Main tasks:
- Closing vacancies of various levels: from production operators to middle managers.
- Active search for candidates (job-platforms, direct search, recommendations, alternative channels).
- Conducting interviews and assessment of competencies.
- Organization and support of adaptation of new employees.
- Performance review in conjunction with managers.
- Consulting managers on team management issues.
- Working with different generations (X, Y, Z), taking into account the specifics of Gen Z motivation.
- Participation in the development of corporate culture.
- Development of regulations, instructions and internal HR regulations.
- Systematization and improvement of HR processes
Our expectations:
- Higher education (psychological).
- Experience in HR from 3 years.
- Practical experience of the full cycle of recruiting.
- Experience of closing both production and managerial vacancies.
- Experience of personnel evaluation.
- Practical experience of working with generations X, Y, Z (must be with Gen Z).
- Fluent command of the English language (not lower than Upper-Intermediate).
- Systematic, responsible and the ability to work autonomously.
- Developed emotional intelligence and the ability to build partnerships.

- Experience of working in a manufacturing company.
- Experience of implementation or transformation HR processes.
