Main duties:
- Full cycle of personnel selection (production, warehouse, administration)
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Organizing the adaptation of new employees
- Maintenance of personnel documentation
- Control of labor discipline
- Development of personnel motivation systems
- Participation in the formation of corporate culture
- Resolution of work conflicts
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR manager or recruiter from 1 year
- Understanding personnel office administration
- Ability to organize processes and bring order
- Communication and stress resistance
- Confident use of a PC
