Today our Kyiv regional division needs a Personnel manager.
What will need to be done?
- Search and recruit personnel for open vacancies (drivers, pickers, sales representatives, office staff);
- Coordinate the adaptation of new employees;
- Maintain a database on recruitment, reasons for dismissals, sources of closing vacancies, etc.;
- Monitor the labor market;
- Analyze the effectiveness of sources of attracting candidates;
- Participate in the organization and conduct of personnel training events;
- Participate in other projects of the personnel department;
- Participate in the organization of corporate events;
- Other tasks.

- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
- Flexible approach to solving HR tasks;
- Confident user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point), as well as social networks (Instagram, Facebook).
