What is important to us?
- your understanding of the process of personnel selection and adaptation;
- well-developed empathy and emotional intelligence; active listening skills and ability to deal with objections; critical thinking and creativity; flexibility and openness to change; planning and effective work organization skills; ability to analyze the situation and make decisions; confidence and orientation results oriented;
- feedback skills;
- recruitment/HR experience would be an advantage.
What will be your main functions?
- Recruiting: recruitment planning and resume analysis, placement on job sites and available resources, conducting interviews to assess the candidate's skills (online/offline), timely provision and collection of feedback.
- Training and onboarding:providing candidates with training materials, monitoring their progress and holding a final meeting, monitoring the adaptation of new employees, conducting an introductory interview to receive feedback.
- Analysis of the social and psychological climate and staff development:regular collection and analysis of feedback regarding work in the company, conducting an eNPS survey, participating in the development of employee motivation programs, conducting exit interviews and analyzing the received information for its processing with the team.
- Optimization of work with personnel: analysis of personnel turnover, improvement of the recruitment system by developing checklists for interviews and other tools.
- Implementation and implementation of new elements that you think are important and will help the team in development.
