Dobrograd Group of Companies is a developer with a 14-year history that creates modern living spaces. Looking for an HR manager in the team who speaks the same language with business, knows how to build processes and give great results!

Your tasks:

• Participation in the creation of portraits employee. Search and selection of personnel (full cycle). Formation of the Company's team.
• Onboarding for new employees according to the Company's standards.
• Formation of the personnel reserve.
• Active participation in the formation of the EVP - the employer's value proposition.
• Participation in project activities: projects are aimed at developing the company's HR brand, company culture and maintaining the Company's image.
• Analytics: analysis of salaries, new trends in the market.
• Participation in eNPS research.

We expect from you:

• Successful experience as an HR manager or in related positions from 1 year.
• Knowledge of all search resources (Work, Robota, Jooble, Linkedin and others).
• Ability to work with several vacancies without losing focus.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Experience in conducting training for the company's personnel.
• Results oriented, proactive, responsible, honesty, high communication skills.
