HR manager in Business Sota

We invite to our team a Recruiter-manager who will not only recruit personnel, but also work with customers: find customers, build cooperation with them and close their vacancies.

What you will do:

• Search and attract customers who need recruitment personnel.

• Communication with clients: clarification of needs, terms of cooperation, support at all stages of selection.

• Search and selection of candidates for various positions.

• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, forming recommendations for clients.

• Full support for vacancies: from the client's request to the candidate's exit to work.

• Participation in the improvement of recruiting and client processes, introduction of new tools.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in recruiting, sales or working with clients will be an advantage (if there is no experience - but there is a desire to learn, we will teach).

• Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and build trusting relationships with clients and candidates.

• Activity, initiative, results-oriented.

• Willingness to work with various channels of searching for clients and candidates and use modern tools.

• Education is not essential - your skills, thinking and motivation are important to us.
