Responsibilities:
Full recruitment cycle: from application to employee onboarding
Closing vacancies for production staff, office and creative positions
Adaptation of new employees, support during the trial period
Development of HR processes: assessment, motivation, training personnel
Formation and support of corporate culture
Maintenance of HR documentation (personnel accounting - if necessary)
Communication with department heads regarding personnel
Requirements:
Experience as an HR manager is not mandatory, let's start with zero!
Communication, independence, presentation skills
Orientation on results
Experience in the positions of manager, administrator or senior shift
Will be a plus:
Experience of working with production teams
Participation in building an HR system "with zero"
