We are expanding our team and are looking for a HR manager who likes to work with people and processes.
We have a small team, an open dialogue, a lot of live interaction and a request for a systematic but flexible HR approach. This position is for someone who wants to be part of a team and influence its development.
What you will do
Full recruitment cycle: search, screening, interview, offer.
Onboarding new people, regular one-to-ones, team support
Basic HR administration
Who are we looking for
Soft skills are important to us: you know how to negotiate, convince, find an approach to different people
You are comfortable communicating with the CEO.
Independently closed vacancies, conducted interviews, understand the value of human contact in recruiting
Organized, proactive, do not wait for instructions
Ready to work in a hybrid, office in the center of Kyiv for 2-3 days week
