We invite you to join the team for the positionHR specialist accounting.

The main responsibilities of this role in the HR department:

• Managing personnel and military accounting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
• Formation and support of personal files of employees
• Full management of the process of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees
• Working with 1C / BAS Project management on vacations and sick days
• Control of compliance with labor legislation in personnel records
• Advising employees on personnel accounting issues
• Optimization and process automation
• Interaction with accounting and legal department

It is important for us:

• Experiencework in personnel administration from 3 years
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine on labor and military accounting
• Experience in keeping military accounting
• Confident user of 1C, Google products (sheets, documents, forms).
• Experience of working with task managers
• Responsibility, attention to details, systematic vision of processes
