The national supermarket chain "VARUS" invites to its dynamic team a specialist who loves working with people and is not afraid of actively searching for talent!

What we entrust:

• Search and recruitment of personnel: from line employees of the sales hall to production masters and personnel admin.
• Active recruiting: use of non-standard methods (posting of advertisements, distribution of flyers).
• CM support: management of 2-3 supermarkets in the Darnytskyi district.
• Adaptation and training: helping newcomers become part of the team and developing their skills.
• Human resource support: helping candidates fill out the primary documentation.
• External communications: work with employment centers, participation in job fairs.
• HR-branding: organization of corporate events and participation in the opening of new stores.
• Formation of personnel reserve.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education.
• Experience in HR or recruiting will be an advantage, but we are ready to consider talented beginners.
• Confident PC skills.
• Knowledge of candidate search and evaluation methods.
• Personal qualities: communication, leadership potential, proactivity and results orientation.
