The chain of food markets "LotOK" invites a personnel manager (personnel inspector) to work.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (personnel manager/personnel inspector) is desirable
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly, the ability to work with a large amount of information
• knowledge of the MS software package Office, 1C - desirable
• activity, sociability, optimism for life, love for people.

Main functional duties:

• recruitment and selection of personnel (cashiers, sellers, administrators, etc.)
• registration of reception, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation
• maintenance of personal files, cards P-2, employee work books
• registration of all types of vacations, organization and control over the granting of annual vacations
• keeping statistical reports on personnel
• forming a database of candidate reserves
