What needs to be done:

Manage the full cycle of HR processes

  • Responsible for the entire spectrum HR-functions at the enterprise
  • Conduct personnel administration, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of all documentation
  • Work in the 1C (personnel) program to maintain personnel records

Build a dream team

  • Lead the full cycle of recruitment: from accepting a recruitment application to successfully closing a vacancy
  • Conduct professional interviews and evaluate candidates, finding those who fit perfectly
  • Quickly and efficiently close vacancies, working with internal customers

Work with data and analytics

  • Maintain and analyze HR data in Excel, Power BI
  • Prepare reportsand analytics for management decision-making
  • Monitor key metrics and performance indicators

Develop the HR function

  • Participate actively in the company’s HR projects
  • Implement new initiatives and optimize existing processes
  • Independently plan your work and achieve set goals

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR manager with a full cycle of HR processes and personnel administration
  • From 1 year of experience in recruiting with support of the entire process from the application to the closing of the vacancy
  • Practical experience of working in the 1C program (personnel)
  • Confident mastery of Excel for working with analytical data
  • Participation experience in HR projects
  • Skills for interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Analysis of staff effectiveness and working with KPIs
  • Knowledge of staff motivation and retention methods
  • Ability to work with electronic document management systems
  • Basics of budgeting in HR
  • Independence and responsibility - you make decisions and bear responsibility for them
  • Ability to plan independently your work and allocate your time effectively
