And today, the Department of Personnel Management of Starlight Media is inviting a Human Resources Manager to its team.

Your tasks will be:

• administration of HR procedures and policies: admission, dismissal, vacations, benefits and compensations;
• consulting managers on the norms of labor legislation;
• management of the organizational structure Division: making changes, updating roles and reporting levels;
• conducting 1:1 meetings with newcomers and supporting the adaptation process;
• communication with the team regarding current activities and internal processes;
• implementation of initiatives to improve the atmosphere and corporate culture.

Our expectations from you:

• experience of 2 years in the position of HR Generalist or single HR (independent management of all processes);
• understanding of the HR function as an internal service to support teams;
• knowledge of the Labor Code and experience in employee documentation;
• experience working in companies with exclusively official accounting will be an advantage;
• experience in setting up processes in remote teams;
• confident command of MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint) and 1C;
• flexibility in decision-making;
• high level of communication skills;
• openness and ease of communication;
• proactivity and initiative.
