HR manager in Royal Real Estate

Royal Real Estate is a modern real estate agency that is actively developing and scaling the team. We are looking for an HR manager who will become a partner for the business and the team.

Duties:

• Full cycle of work with personnel: selection, adaptation, support.

• One-to-one communication with employees.

• Participation in the company's corporate life and culture development.

• Search for candidates through job sites, social networks and other funnels.

• Conducting interviews and initial evaluation of candidates.

• Communication with department heads and CEO.

• Working with current vacancies and optimization HR processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR / recruiting from 1 year.

• High communication skills and ability to work with people.

• Systematic, responsible, orientation result.

• Ability to multitask.

• Initiative and desire to develop together with the company.
