Position: HR manager / Personnel management manager. Income 40-50k

Purpose of recruitment:

Strengthening the HR direction of the company, formation of a system of recruitment, adaptation, staff motivation and support of corporate culture.

Main duties:

• Full recruitment cycle

• Adaptation of new employees

• Management of personnel reserve

• Development and implementation of HR procedures

•  Participation in the development of the employer brand

•  Formation and support of corporate culture

Requirements for the candidate:

•  Work experience in development and construction companies

•  Willingness to work in the office full-time

•  Willingness to perform HR functions independently: search, selection, adaptation   

•  personnel.

•  Confident command of modern selection tools

•  Age 30-45 years.

•  Working in companies for 2-3 years in one place, without transitions.

•  Systematic, proactive, communicative
