Your mission:

What you will do:

• Recruitment for mass professions: Active search and attraction of entry-level candidates (graduates, students, candidates without experience) through universities, social networks, specialized platforms.

• Organization of initial interviews: Screening of resumes and telephone interviews.

• Adaptation (Onboarding): Helping new employees to quickly and comfortably integrate into the company.

• Administrative support of HR processes: Maintenance of candidate database, document flow ( partially).

Our expectations from you (We need your potential!):

• Education (higher or incomplete): In the field of personnel management, psychology, sociology or related specialties will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Strong desire to develop in HR: High motivation and interest in the field of work with people.

• Communication skills: Ability to easily find a common language with different people.
