We invite you to work as a Personnel Manager.

• Your main tasks will be:
• Recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation (orders, employment contracts, personal files).
• Organization and control of professional development and CPD (continuous professional development) of pharmaceutical workers.
• Organization and implementation of electronic document flow in personnel administration.
• Tracking changes in labor, pharmaceutical, and tax legislation.
• Formation and maintenance of a portfolio employees.
• Creation and update of electronic files (portfolio): personal data, education, experience, BPR.
• Preparation of analytics on personnel composition.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working as an HR manager from 1 year (preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail sphere).
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, understanding of the requirements for pharmaceutical personnel and BPR.
• Experience of working with personnel records, electronic document management.
• A confident user Excel, Google, 1С:8;.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, sociability.
