Functional responsibilities:
search and selection of personnel for open vacancies;
conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews;
adaptation of new employees, support in the first period of work;
maintenance of the database of candidates and current vacancies;
participation in the formation of corporate culture;
assistance in the implementation of internal HR procedures;
interaction with department heads regarding personnel needs.
Requirements for the candidate:
communication and information skills;
ability to organize own work time;
confident user of PC and online tools;
experience in HR or related fields would be an advantage but not required - candidates with basic understanding of processes may be considered.
