Responsibilities:
Participation in planning the number of personnel, forming requirements for candidates;
Recruiting and, if necessary, involving external recruiters;
Maintenance of the time sheet, drawing up the vacation schedule, its control;
Maintenance of payroll cards, their timely updating and provision to economists;
Preparation of personnel documentation (application, by staff);
Labor market monitoring, proposals for revising the salary level;
Adaptation of personnel (office organization, production control of the adaptation process);
Development and review of regulatory documents: positions, PPE, Regulations on work with personnel;
Conducting corporate events, maintaining a positive microclimate in the team;
