"Express Techbud" is an industrial and transport enterprise that combines many areas of activity.

The company is engaged in the mining industry (mining and production of granite crushed stone and sand), transport logistics (transportation bulk construction materials by dump trucks), and also provides construction services and special equipment rental services.

We invite you to the position of HR manager.

Our main job tasks:

• Active search for candidates;
• Closing vacancies for office and work specialties;
• Post vacancies on various job search sites;
• Adaptation of personnel;
• Maintain reports and statistics;
• Organize corporate activities;
• Participate in the development of motivation systems;
• Form and maintain a friendly, productive atmosphere in the company.

Our requirements for a future colleague:

• Experience of working as an HR manager from 2 years;
• Experience of recruiting personnel, knowledge of methods of evaluating personnel "at the entrance";
• Experience of personnel adaptation, conducting meetings;
• Basic understanding of building business processes;
• Desire to develop in the field HR;
• High level of communication and self-organization, work only for the result;
• Ability to make non-standard decisions.

Working conditions:

• office location: Kyiv, Svitlytskogo 35A (Vynogradar);
• friendly team and support from the management;
• work schedule: 5\2 from 9:00 to 18:00 (13:00-14:00 lunch);
• official employment;
• payment of wages twice a month without delays, rate UAH 40,000-45,000, depending on experience and competencies.
