• Resume screening
• Formation personnel reserve, working with the candidate base
• Using various interview techniques
• Creating vacancy closing strategies;
• Participating in the adaptation of new employees
• Monitoring and analyzing the labor market
• Readiness for business trips to Poltava and Kharkiv regions
