We are looking for a recruiter to become part of a team that provides search and selection of line personnel to form effective teams of our markets and production divisions.
Your main tasks:
active search and attraction of candidates using standard and non-standard sources;
conducting telephone interviews and individual interviews to ensure the need for personnel;
interaction with the media and advertising companies regarding the placement of advertisements;
analysis of the composition of departments, staff turnover and its causes, reasons for candidate rejections;
participation in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the search and retention of personnel;
conducting exit interviews;
ability to find approach to people and conduct effective negotiations;
skills of actively searching for personnel and promotion of vacancies;
knowledge of the labor market and trends in the field of personnel selection;
mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
