- Experience in the position of HR-Generalist / HRD from 3 years.
- Practical experience in implementing HR strategy.
- Knowledge of personnel accounting standards and modern HR practices.
- Successful experience in building and implementing a full cycle of HR processes.
- Experience in working with 1C, HRM and recruitment systems.
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a large volume of tasks.
