Requirements:

• Experience in the position of HR-Generalist / HRD from 3 years.
• Practical experience in implementing HR strategy.
• Knowledge of personnel accounting standards and modern HR practices.
• Successful experience in building and implementing a full cycle of HR processes.
• Experience in working with 1C, HRM and recruitment systems.
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a large volume of tasks.
• Result orientation, the ability to explain and implement changes.
