HR Manager in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private companies in the defense sector find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory.

One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving working processes.

Now the HR Department is expanding, so we are looking for a HR Manager.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in the field of HR 2+ years (experience working with production will be an advantage).
• Experience in implementing and controlling the necessary HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, adaptation, motivation systems, development and training, various personnel evaluation systems, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of the basics of personnel management.
• Willingness to implement changes.

Future responsibilities:

• Working with personnel department specialists.
• Organization of onboarding and off-boarding.
• Participation in team performance.
• Change management: planning, informing, training.
• Development of the team and development of corporate culture.
