HR manager in Eridon Agrovirobnictvo

Eridon Agroproduction is part of the "Eridon" Group of Companies. We work on more than 50,000 hectares of land in five regions of Ukraine, combining high technologies and the experience of more than 1,600 specialists. The main areas of activity are seed and crop production, dairy and meat breeding.

Currently, there is a vacancy for a Recruitment Manager in the village of Pochuyka, Zolotonsky District, Zhytomyr Oblast.

JOB DUTIES:

• search and selection of candidates in accordance with the applications of department heads
• conducting interviews, assessing candidates' compliance with job requirements
• maintaining a database of candidates and reporting on the results recruitment
• organization of employment of new employees (interaction with HR department)
• search and organization of housing rental for employees if necessary
• maintenance of positive relations with candidates and new employees

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:

• experience in recruitment personnel from 1 year
• interviewing and candidate search skills in various channels
• communicative, responsible, result-oriented
• PC knowledge (MS Office)
• ability to work independently and in a team
