We invite a PERSONNEL MANAGER!

Your duties:

• Full cycle of personnel management: recruiting, adaptation, development and motivation of employees;
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, participating in hiring decisions;
• Organizing onboarding processes for new employees;
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and internal regulations;
• Building a corporate culture and maintaining a positive climate in the team;
• Performance evaluation personnel;
• Maintenance of internal HR documentation;
• Participation in other HR processes.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager from 1
• Knowledge of modern recruiting and personnel management tools;
• Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence;
• Confident command of the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently
