Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all HR processes in the store (selection, adaptation, competency development, staff evaluation); FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Support for Corporate Culture, Creating a Positive Atmosphere in the Team;

• Interaction with the management of the store to determine the needs in the direction of work with personnel;

• Organization and Conducting Training and Adaptation Programs for New CovenantsBeatniki;

  • Stress resistance and positive outlook;

  • Knowledge of English at Intermediate will be an advantage.
