- Creation and maintenance of a positive corporate culture;
- interviews, staff selection (vacancies on various information) adaptation of new employees;
- Formation of employee motivation system, development of employee loyalty programs;
- Organization of training and training seminars;
- Organization of personnel certification and assessment work (ENPS, level of involvement, etc.); promotion, dismissal of employees;
- consultation on issues related to the implementation of effective personnel management;
- participation in planning, social development, resolving labor disputes and conflicts in the team, supporting internal communication;
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 9: 00-18: 00-18
- Pay conditions: rate from 30000 UAH for probation and from 40000 UAH-for permanent work +% of the results per month: by the 20th day of the current month - advance, and by the 10th of the following month - the second part of the salary + the bonus part.
