We are looking for a HR manager in our company.
HR-manager's responsibilities:
<> 1. Recruitment: - vacancies. - Conducting interviews with candidates.
2. Adaptation: - Help new employees enter into work.
3. Training: - Organization of trainings and courses for employees.
4. Issues of staff: - resolving conflicts and labor issues. - Consulting employees on working questions.
5. Documentation: - Documents for employees (contracts, statements).
Terms:
- schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 (fixed hours of break)
- 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday weekend)
- salary Fixed rate + bonuses (earning from 30,000 thousand a month)

- experience in a similar position;
- ability to effectively communicate and work in a team, because communication is a key aspect in almost any profession;
