- Onboarding and adaptation of new employees

- Monitoring of the labor market
- development of corporate culture, measuring the level of productivity, satisfaction, involvement of staff
------ Conducting Exit interview with released staff, turnover control.
- participation in the development and implementation of instructions and policies for efficient work staff
