Your tasks will be:

• recruitment for vacancies of various levels of complexity at the company's head office;
• organization of interviews and control of personnel adaptation; 
• formation, planning of the personnel reserve;
• analysis of the labor market, monitoring of salaries; 
• preparation of established reporting; 
• participation in projects of the Department of Personnel Management.
