What we expect from you:

• Full higher education (preferably specialized in personnel management). Available courses, trainings in psychology - basic knowledge will be an advantage.
• Love and respect for people!
• Experience in the field of HR (work with a team of 50 people or more will be an advantage), including .h experience in personnel selection (recruiting), from 1 year, is also important. Relevant trainings and courses will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern methods of interaction with personnel and formation of team spirit, corporate culture, search and evaluation of candidates.
• High communication skills, organization, creativity.< /li>
• Positive, energetic character, ability and desire to implement team building activities.
• Experience in personnel evaluation and implementation of measures to increase its efficiency indicators, formation of career growth and development in the company.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office, HR systems, databases, modern Presentations).

Your responsibilities:

• Team building events, formation of corporate culture and organization of corporate events.
• Staff development, formation and support personnel reserve companies
• Full cycle of recruiting: compiling job profiles, search, selection, interviews, adaptation of new employees.
• Organization and support of the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Development and implementation of new modern staff motivation programs, measures to improve their efficiency.
• Labor market monitoring and analysis.

Terms work:

• Work schedule: from Mon to Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (an individual schedule is possible from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: 00 and from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Official employment according to the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Place of work: modern office in BC in the area of ​​Protasovoy Yar, not far from M. Olimpiyska.
