What to do:

• operational support and development of all HR processes;
• development of the HR brand, participation in job fairs and other industry fairs events;
• recruitment of personnel, analysis of the salary market, initiatives in the formation of remuneration systems;
• development and support of corporate culture;
• maintenance of staff loyalty;

• organization and implementation of adaptation of new employees;
• organization and implementation of employee evaluation;
• formation of job profiles and job instructions;
• planning and organization of training and development of employee competencies;
• organization of corporate events.

We are looking for:

• Work experience from 2 years;
• Successful experience in recruiting and effectively filling vacancies, implementing the process of training and adaptation of candidates, experience in employee development.;
• Successful experience in communication and sincere empathy in work;
• Active life position, mobility, result orientation, availability of system structured thinking;
• Ability available to share information, desire and ability to work in a team;
