Vacancy: HR manager

The company is looking for a responsible and energetic HR manager with 1 year of experience to join the team. We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for managing, developing and maintaining corporate culture, organizing training and education for employees, as well as developing and implementing HR processes in the company.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 of the year.
• Sound knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Ability to work with personnel at different levels.
• High communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting + interviews
• Organization of corporate events (meetings, trainings, birthdays, corporate parties, events)
• Development and implementation of HR processes.
• li>Participation and organization of exhibitions and conferences.
• Education and training for employees.
• Support and development of corporate culture in the company.
