Due to active growth, we are opening a new position HR manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of personnel (production, logistics, sales, office );
• Personnel support (drafting of employment contracts, orders for recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees, making changes in HR, etc.);
• Control and support of the adaptation of new employees;

• Internal communication and promotion of the employer's brand.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an HR manager;
• Experience in personnel administration;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine;
• Successful cases of search, development, adaptation, motivation of company personnel;
• Flexibility and adaptability, multitasking skills, self-organization and attention to detail;
