What we expect from you:

Work experience as an HR manager from 2 years. Confidence in one's skills in managing the processes of recruitment, adaptation and development of personnel. Orientation to the result, the ability to make decisions and implement modern HR strategies.

Your duties:

• Organization and coordination of the recruitment process: from identifying needs to hiring.
• Assessment of candidate competencies and coordination with department heads.
• Adaptation of new employees: ensuring their a comfortable start in the company.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation, organization and control of all processes related to personnel management.
