Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position is desirable (personnel manager/ personnel inspector)
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly, ability to work with a large amount of information
• knowledge of the MS program package Office, 1C - desirable
• activity, sociability, optimism for life, love for people.

Main functional duties:

• recruitment and selection of personnel (cashiers, sellers, administrators, etc.)
• registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation
• maintenance of personal files , cards P-2, work books of employees
• registration of all types of vacations, organization and control over the provision of annual vacations
• maintenance of statistical reporting on personnel
• formation of the candidate reserve database< /li>
