What will you do:

• Close company vacancies with the best candidates;
• Adapt personnel and organize training for new employees;
• Form a personnel reserve;
• Analyze the labor market, monitor the salary level fees;
• Build new and support existing business processes;
• Organize motivational events;
• Maintain corporate culture and company values
• Conduct 1:1 with employees, team building and corporate events.
