Requirements:

• Higher education: psychological, economic;
• Work experience: from 2 years in the field of HR (preferably in the field of transport and logistics);
• Experience in building and controlling processes in the company;
• High communication skills, the ability to listen to the team, convey your opinion;< /li>
• Purposefulness, interest in the result.

Functional duties:

• Selection of personnel based on the needs of the company, hunting from other companies;
• Analysis of the market/competitors by the level of salary of employees and working conditions;
• Analysis of the professional level of personnel, measures to improve qualifications;
• Analysis of business processes within the company, their adjustment;
• Interaction with specialized universities and involvement trainees as a basis for your own personnel school/logistic school;
• Working with the team, conducting internal business events and organizing corporate parties.
