Requirements:
- Higher education: psychological, economic;
- Work experience: from 2 years in the field of HR (preferably in the field of transport and logistics);
- Experience in building and controlling processes in the company;

Functional duties:
- Selection of personnel based on the needs of the company, hunting from other companies;
- Analysis of the market/competitors by the level of salary of employees and working conditions;
