Kyiv Meat Processing Plant invites an HR managerwith work experience to its team.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of HR (recruiting) from the 1st year; 
• Knowledge of search channels, selection methods and candidate evaluation;
• Fluency in PC (MS Office, Excel ); 
• Ability to work in multitasking mode; 
• Knowledge of 1C programs

• Development and implementation of personnel adaptation system; 
• Development and implementation of personnel evaluation system;  
• Control of new employees passing the trial period, reporting on the results obtained;
• Formation of personnel reserve; 
• Creation of comfortable conditions for staff during adaptation;
• Participation in conducting exercises and trainings for staff;
• Solving organizational issues arising in the work with personnel
• Participation in the creation of corporate culture;

• Organization of corporate events and gifts;
