HR manager in Channel Travel

What will need to be done?

• Conduct the full cycle of recruitment: from creating a job profile to the final placement of the candidate.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, adapt and retain employees.
• Interact with management for determination of personnel needs and search for optimal solutions.
• Organize education, trainings and events to improve the skills of the team.
• Develop corporate culture, maintain a positive atmosphere in the team.
• Maintain personnel documentation in accordance with the law.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience as an HR manager from 2 years ( experience in recruiting or tourism will be an advantage).
• Understanding of modern recruitment methods and HR strategies.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and manage several projects at the same time.
• High level communication, organization and stress resistance.
• Willingness to constantly develop and work in a dynamic environment.
