Working in the VIYAR company , your functional duties will be:

• Search and recruitment of personnel of several branches (office and warehouse vacancies)
• Management accounting of personnel (1C ZUP - we will teach, nothing difficult)
• Adaptation of employees
• Participation in the personnel reserve program
• Mentoring in cooperation with the heads of structural divisions.
• Support and development of corporate culture at branches
• Organization of holidays, sports events

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a personnel manager from 2 years.
• Successful experience in promptly closing vacancies of various profiles
• Willingness to learn and develop.

• Be ready for business trips (in the Central region).
• Activity, optimism, positive thinking, initiative, sociability, purposefulness, motivation for the result.
